A little pug, a little bee, and a whole lot of personality. Creator Shiloh, @the_studio_by_shiloh, brought her Pug Bug pattern to life with HOMBYS chunky chenille yarn, combining a lovable pug face with bright bee-inspired details.
The finished plush pairs a warm tan body with floppy brown ears, a drooping brown muzzle, and expressive black-and-white eyes. Yellow-and-black stripes, soft white wings, and black antennae complete the playful design. Oversized chenille stitches give the whole piece its wonderfully fluffy texture.
The Maker’s Experience
In her original Instagram post, Shiloh shared that she had finally tried HOMBYS chunky chenille yarn for her new Pug Bug pattern. She described the yarn as soft, said it fluffed up beautifully, and highlighted the plush finish it gave her beginner-friendly finger-knitting project.
